Cancellation Policy
Life happens, sickness happens, things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Changes made outside of 24 hours: no fee
- Cancellations: deposit refunded; Reschedules: deposit applied
- Changes made within 24 hours: $50 deposit is forfeited
- No-shows: charged the full service fee
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service and the full service fee at SKIN BY R.HADEN's discretion.
These policies help us respect each other's time. Thank you for understanding.
How to Reschedule / Cancel Your Appointment
You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment online (refer to your appointment confirmation and reminder emails) or by emailing hello@skinbyrhaden.com.
Cold Sores
For your safety, I cannot perform facial treatments with active cold sores. If you feel one coming on, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive with an active lesion, we will need to cancel the appointment.
Accutane
If you are currently on Accutane or have used it recently, please consult with your doctor before booking.
Chemotherapy
If you are currently undergoing chemotherapy, please consult with your doctor before booking.
Pregnancy / Breastfeeding
By default, my facials are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding individuals, however, I advise you to consult with your doctor before booking any facial treatment. The facial bed can easily be customized for your comfort.
